Our chef, Daniel Sweimler, forages locally and has traveled the world for inspiration, bringing you almost 30 years of experience to the table.
Our wine list offers interesting new and classic varietals from around the world by the bottle or by the glass. Xanthus bar is the perfect place for a quiet cocktail, or walk down to the shore and enjoy a beverage at the Boathouse (open from 5-9 PM in July and August) on the water’s edge.
